Introduction

The Pulverizer line can handle sample sizes from 20 grams to 4 kilograms, ensuring reliable and consistent service. These machines are widely used and recognized for their ease of use and maintenance. For grinding, the pulverizer barrels are sealed with rubber rings, eliminating sample loss during processing. The design includes a groove that holds the o-ring in place without adhesive, thereby reducing wear. For enhanced operator safety and efficiency, we provide air hoists as an assisting tool. We advise using an air hoist to lift grinding barrels of 1kg or larger, however, some of our customers also find air hoists beneficial for handling the smaller 250mL or 500mL grinding barrels.

TM/STLX Pulverizer

The TM/STLX Pulverizer, a compact and userfriendly machine, offers a pulverizing capacity ranging from 20mL to 500mL. It features a manual self-adjusting clamp to ensure a tight seal, reducing sample loss during grinding. 

The TM/STLX accommodates grinding barrels ranging from 20mL to 500mL. The 250mL grinding barrel is a favorite among customers. Note that the 500mL and 50mL barrels necessitate adaptors, with the latter being usable as a standalone or three at a time on the pulverizer. 

TM/G1500 Pulverizer

The TM/G1500 Pulverizer, a step up from the TM/STLX in size, features a lightweight aluminum door for effortless handling. It offers an automatic clamping feature and can accommodate grinding barrels ranging from 50ml to 500ml. Depending on your needs, the TM/G1500 can come with or without an air hoist. 

TM/MAX2 Pulverizer

The TM/MAX2 is tailored to cater to a wide spectrum of grinding requirements. This machine combines both functionality and user convenience, ensuring that regardless of the size of your task, from minimal to extensive, it delivers consistently efficient results.

TM/MAX4 Pulverizer

Moreover, for those seeking further flexibility, our 4KG/4x1000 model stands out. This specialized unit can handle a single 4KG grinding barrel, or, if the task demands, four 1000ML grinding barrels simultaneously.
